Welcome to Code Nurul. By accessing or using our website (https://codenurul.com) and engaging in our WordPress development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Development Services & Project Scope

All WordPress custom website design, WooCommerce setup, speed optimization, and bug fixing services are delivered based on the initial project outline agreed upon prior to project kickoff.

• Revisions: Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included. Major scope changes after design approval may incur additional costs.
• Timelines: Estimated project completion dates depend on prompt client feedback and content submission.

2. Payments & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full ownership rights of the custom code, design assets, and website content created for the client are transferred to the client. Pre-existing third-party licenses (plugins, themes) remain under their respective developer terms.

3. Post-Launch Support

Every completed project comes with 30 days of free bug-fix support post-launch. Extended technical care and hosting maintenance are provided through separate monthly/yearly service agreements.
